1 Rupee SMS enables you to use our service as long as you conform to the 1 Rupee SMS Terms and Conditions and abide by 1 Rupee SMS’s prohibition on spamming and all sorts of unethical marketing activities. The following are few instances of spamming that may violate our Rules & Regulation and our Spam Policy:

Pushing promotional messages about 1 Rupee SMS to group mail-IDs – it is strictly a no-no

Promoting 1 Rupee SMS on forums, meetings, discussion boards, that are no way related to1 Rupee SMS’ context (the definition of 1 Rupee SMS' context is at the sole discretion of the proprietor)

Sending unsolicited messages promoting 1 Rupee SMS to any person/group

Violations of our Terms and Conditions or our Spam Policy may result in legal action against you and termination, without notice, of your 1 Rupee SMS ID and/or anything related to it, including, but not limited to, your earnings and network.
