How does 1RupeeSMS work?

1RupeeSMS works by sending you advertisements through SMS to your mobile phone. After receiving ads, you need to complete ad-campaigns to earn your money. You can refer your friends to become a part of your network. You will get paid for your referrals.

When do we start getting Ads?

You will get ads only when advertisers want to send advertisements to you. Two things are must for this: Advertisers must first want to advertise on 1RupeeSMS. Since it is a new medium advertisers are approaching slowly. Those advertisers who do sign-up must want to target you. Advertisers target you based on your interests and other parameters. If you do not suit their criteria, they will not send their ad to you.

It will take a long time before we can get enough advertisers on a regular basis to send you ads. This whole industry is a baby. So you will see very few ads on our network for some time, have patience, stick to us, we are trying our best to attract advertisers.

Is it really free to join?

Yes; it is absolutely free.

What are my obligations?

There is no obligation on you to accept any of the offers sent via SMS or through our site 1RupeeSMS; but you need to keep your account active after subscription. To do that, we just need you to notify us with your current and accurate information which includes your email address, mobile phone number and personal information.

How to join 1RupeeSMS?

You need a personal mobile phone, for SMS, and an email account, for administration or other messages, to join. Fill up the "Sign-up" form with your personnel details and then follow instructions.

Payment Questions:

How much do I get paid for each advert I receive?

For each advert that you receive and once you complete the first ad campaign you could easily pocket 1 rupee. Then for the second ad campaign that you complete, you would receive 10 paisa less and thus the sequence would continue. For first ad you earn 1 rupee for the second in the loop, you earn 90 paisa, then for the third 80 paisa and so on.   You can refer your friends and family on 1RupeeSMS. For each referral, and provided he/she registers with us, you will earn 2 rupees.

How do I find out how much earnings I made?

On Member’s Arena under Earnings tab, you would be able to find the SMS date and the amount you gained against that SMS. It will also show how many friends you referred, the due total amount and how much is already paid.

How do I get paid?

After accumulating Rs. 400, you are entitled to receive a cheque from us, mailed to your address you provide during the signup process. We could also do an account transfer, depending on your preference and it is also subject to availability of your account information with us.

Support Questions:

What happens if my phone is misplaced?

Let us know immediately by mailing us at support@1rupeesms.com and we will temporarily stop your adverts. You can again activate your services once you either get a new number or you your old phone back.

If I go out of station or on roaming will I still get my adverts?

Yes. However, you may be charged for receiving SMS outside of your own state. Contact your network operator. If you do not want to receive the adverts when you are on roaming, let us know at support@1rupeesms.com and we'll stop your services till you activate your account again.

Can I temporarily stop receiving adverts and how do I go about re-starting them?

If for any reason you want to stop receiving adverts, contact us at support@1rupeesms.com and we will put a temporary stop on your number.

How is SMS rate charged by mobile operator?

It is free to receive SMS for most of the phone operators in India. However charges might be there through roaming, please check it out with your phone operator.

What happens if I change my mobile number?

Let us know ASAP at support@1rupeesms.com.

Can I stop receiving adverts completely or un-subscribe?

Yes, you can do so by Un-Subscribing to the services. Click on the option button "Unsubscribe". On clicking that we will terminate your services and all your accumulated earnings will also be lost. However, if you have accumulated more than Rs. 400, then you can ask for a payment of your earnings before you UN-subscribe. To start receiving adverts again, you will have to build a new Id, password and account with us.

How long do I have to wait until I receive my first 1RupeeSMS text message?

You will be able to receive 1RupeeSMS text messages from the instant you activate your account. However, the number and frequency of your messages might vary. Some days you may receive several messages but on other occasions it may be several days between messages.

How can I change my personal details?

It's Easy. Log into your account using your username and password and click on "Profile" tab on Member’s Arena.

How long does it take for my earnings to be credited after I receive the message?

Whenever 1RupeeSMS runs a campaign then it is a batch process. As soon as you receive a message and complete ad campaign/s, please wait for few days for your 1RupeeSMS account to get updated with the earnings. If even after that your account does not get updated then please do send mail to us and we will do the needful.
